At JL we like to get your order out as soon as you’ve placed it. Our team instantly processes your order to ensure the quickest delivery possible. So if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will look into the status of your order and if it hasn’t been processed yet, we are usually able to cancel the order for you. If it’s too late to cancel your order, it’s best to place a new order as soon as possible and return the order you wanted to cancel.

When will my order be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email (see previous question if you haven’t received it) within two hours. After this, we will start to process your order as soon as possible. When the order is ready to ship, you will receive another email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
