I’d like to change the shipping address of my order?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves or warehouse to change the address. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we unfortunately can’t make any changes anymore.

I have not received my package yet?

 We aspire to get your order to you as soon as possible. If the delivery takes longer than you’d expect. We first suggest checking the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. If the estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct, please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors address or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still can’t find the whereabouts of your package? Get in touch with our customer support via support@janelushka.com to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods are available?

iDeal, Paypal, Bancontant, Visa card, Mastercard  and American Express.

My payment has failed. What do I do?

If your payment failed after you went through the payment procedure you’ll get a notification. We suggest trying the following things first: deleting your cookies and cache data, using a different browser or using a different payment method. If none of this works, please contact our customer services: support@janelushka.com

If the purchase amount is shown on your bank statement, however the order still seems to have failed? Contact our customer services right away by sending an email with the screenshot of the payment to support@janelushka.com, so that we can start processing your order.
